HOUSING
ON CAMPUS HOUSING
The housing complex is located on the campus. Every housing unit has four bedrooms, and four bathrooms. The bedroom may be divided into two separate spaces, saving on housing costs if you desire. The housing units are furnished with dishes, glasses, cookware, silverware, microwave oven, furniture, and a television. Linens are NOT included. Students will need towels and queen/full size sheets. Students have access to an outdoor pool, tennis and volleyball courts.
First year students must reside on campus in Aviator College housing for first year.
OFF CAMPUS HOUSING
Located in Vero Beach, just north of Fort Pierce, is additional student housing (Portofino Landings). The houses are three bedroom, two-bath, with full kitchens. Each house is furnished with dishes, glasses, cookware, silverware, microwave oven, furniture, washer/dryer and a television. Linens are NOT included.
For students who desire a full-service gym, the Vero Fitness, located in Vero Beach just a few miles from the Aviator, is a unique and first-class health club. It is equipped with weight rooms, two swimming pools, spa, sauna and much more. Aviator students receive discounted memberships if they should choose to join the club.
Students entering Aviator College and European Flight Training, under an M-1 Student Visa must reside in the housing that is provided to them by the school for the duration of their program.
Students entering Aviator College or European Flight Training under an F-1 Student Visa must reside in the housing that is provided to them by the school for the first year. Once all instructor ratings are complete, the student may choose to leave the school accommodation while they are in their internship.
Students wishing to bring family over during their program, the family must be on the appropriate M-2 or F-2 Visa if the student wishes to request to move out of school - approved housing. If any students have any special disabilities or medical conditions that require monitoring or special conditions they must have a letter from their doctor in order to request to move out of school approved housing.
