Enrolling at Aviator College is a four step process:
1S

 

  1. Schedule a Visit: It is highly recommended candidates visit the college to complete an interview with Admissions. Click on the "Schedule a Visit". If unable to visit, schedule a virtual or phone interview with your admissions representative. 

  2. Online Application: Complete the Online Application & Deposit Form, Your deposit will be held on your student account and will secure your enrollment date.

  3. Pay your deposit: All students will submit a $50.00 non refundable application fee. International students submit an additional $500.

  4. Documents: Submit all required eligibility documents. Official transcript(s) from high school and all colleges attended must be stamped, sealed, and sent directly from the institution to the attention of the Registrar. Provide copies of any pilot certificates held, English Proficiency scores (if required), proof of funds, and any other requested documents to assist the registrar's office in determining eligibility for enrollment and transfer credit. NOTE: Unofficial transcripts can be provided for planning purposes ONLY. The college must have an official transcript on file before the start of classes. You may email, fax, or mail these documents.

International students will be issued the I-20 upon receipt of required documentation. When you receive the I-20, please take it to the U.S. Embassy in your country for approval. Please inform the school of your arrival date and flight information two weeks prior to arrival. A school representative will meet you at the airport to welcome you to the USA and Aviator College. Remember we must have a complete physical address in order to have a courier service deliver the I-20.

 

1.Sign Housing agreement and secure living arrangements.

 

2.Complete and sign the Enrollment Agreement.

 

3.Receive your ID badge to access airport property.

 

4.Review and accept College policies and proceedures.

 

5.Register for classes.

 

6.Complete TSA, Medical and application for Student Pilot License as needed.

Incoming students are required to arrive for orientation the week before classes start to:
