Aviator College now offers a Degree Pathway through our Associates Degree Program. The program is for the FAA Commercial pilots that have recently completed their flight training and now realize the need for more flight time and a degree to successfully be hired and further their career as commercial pilots worldwide.

This Pathway is available to both International and Domestic students who already hold a commercial single and multi-engine license. Through the Degree Pathway, you will earn an AS degree in Aeronautical Science. The courses are listed below.

The Degree Pathway can help you become an FAA flight instructor in as little as 30 weeks. This intensive program is for the student that is self-motivated with an ambitious drive to succeed in Aviation. It requires discipline, focus, determination and ambition.


International students will be issued an F1 Visa in the AS Degree Program.



  • A FAA  Instrument and single engine,

               multi-engine commercial certificate

  • Must be 18 years' old

  • Hold a FAA 2nd class medical

  • High school graduate or GED

  • Must be ICAO level 4

               Aviator's English department can help

               you meet this requirement, if needed



  • Instructor Ground Courses

  • Flight Instructor single engine

  • Multi Engine Instructor

  • Jet Transition Course and CRJ 200/700/900


  • Flight Instructor Standardization Courses 

  • 6 General Education Courses

       -English Composition, College Algebra,                       Natural Science, Social Science,                               Humanities.      

       -Speech Communications

  • 2 Aviation Electives

  • 2 Internships as a paid flight instructor,

           up to 18 months, at one of our approved

           flight training facilities

Including administration fees, written and check rides, books, uniforms, and supplies and up to 12 months of on campus shared room housing.
